Exchange and return

Returns for goods within 14 days of receiving the item. A credit note to the value of the order will be provided to goods that are returned in unworn original condition. All packaging and certificates must be returned and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase. Shipping charges will apply.

All engraved and custom pieces are final with no exchange or return.

Due to hygiene considerations, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.

All items purchased come with one year warranty from the purchase date, covering all manufacturing faults. This warranty will be voided if repaired/altered in any way by another jeweller.

Manufacturing faults do not include: damage or wear and tear, oxidised or fading plating, broken or tangling chain, cracked or broken stones or pearls, or bending of rings or earrings.
