  • Jewellery: All items are handmade and may have natural variations in gemstones and materials.

  • Custom Orders: Bespoke jewellery is made to order and may have different processing times.

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in AUD and may change without notice. Taxes, duties, and shipping fees (if applicable) are your responsibility.

Orders and payments

  • Orders are only confirmed once full payment has been received.

  • Attension reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Shipping and delivery

  • We ship within Australia and internationally.

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the order is handed to the carrier.

Returns and exchange

Ready to wear jewellery maybe eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery if unworn and in original condition.

  • Custom-made jewellery is non-refundable unless faulty under Australian Consumer Law.

  • You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty.

Intellectual property

All content on our website including logos, designs, product images, and text is owned by Attension and protected under intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written consent.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.

  • Jewellery pieces contain natural gemstones and precious metals. Attension is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care.
